What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Do you do emergency out of hours cover?

If you have an emergency outside of our normal working hours leave a message on our office voicemail stating your name, contact number and nature of your emergency and this will be emailed to on call engineer.

Do you charge a call out charge?

Yes, our callout charge is £58.00.

What payment methods do you take?

All our engineers carry a card machine so you can make payment directly to them during the engineer’s visit, or you can pay by bank transfer or cash.

What are your payment terms?

Payment is due at the time of your appointment upon completion of the works requested.  All materials remain the property of East Yorkshire Gas Services until paid for in full.
